It is obivious that my group is not functioning but I just refuse admit it. I know everyone is trying hard but can't we try harder to make the project a successful one? The tests and essays indeed suffocate us the maximum until there is barely any air available. The air though thin, can still sustain us into intensive research admist of all these tests! Why aren't they doing anything? Worse still my dear leader seems almost given up, other members aren't motivated to excel in it as well.

What can I do to pace them? The brains are not fully utilised!
